By accessing or using Data2Dollars.ai (the "Service"), operated by JPL Technologies, LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Data2Dollars.ai provides AI Operating System services, AI consulting, and software tools including the AI Operating System dashboard. Services are provided on a contract basis as agreed between the parties.
You must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to enter into these terms on behalf of yourself or your organization.
If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by JPL Technologies, LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Client data remains the property of the client.
Consulting engagements are governed by separate Statements of Work (SOWs) executed between the parties. These Terms apply to use of the website and software platform. In the event of conflict, the SOW governs.
We take the confidentiality of client data seriously. We will not share your business data, AI models, or strategic information with third parties without your explicit consent, except as required by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, JPL Technologies, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly. Our total liability shall not exceed the amounts paid by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these terms. You may stop using the Service at any time. Consulting engagements are terminated per their respective SOW terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Hood River County, Oregon.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via the Service or email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
